As with any advanced product, you’ll probably have a few questions as you begin using Pure Rain™ products. We’ve answered some of the most common ones here.
Is there a warranty if my Pure Rain™ product is defective?
Pure Rain™ products are warranted to the purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship within 5 years of purchase. You can email your store receipt and a description of your problem to help@purerain.com, and a customer service representative will contact you. At our option, defective products will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal or greater value.

Actual results may vary due to geographic location, temperature, water source and water chemical and quality variations. No warranty or representation is made, expressed or implied, concerning the actual results obtained from the use of this product. The product should only be used in accordance with directions, and established safe practices. The exclusive remedy for the user or buyer, and the aggregate liability of seller and/or manufacturer, and their affiliates for any loses, damages or injuries resulting from the use or handling of this product shall be the refund of the purchase price. The limitation of liability set forth herein shall apply in respect of any and all claims, and extend to cover damages of any kind whatsoever.
Why does water come out of the Handheld nozzle after I’ve turned it off?
Water enters our patented nanobubble technology generator to infuse oxygen into the water coming from the hose. When the water flow is stopped by pulling back the black on/off lever, there will still be water present inside the product. The water will drain naturally by gravity until it is emptied. Then, you will not see any water leak from the nozzle face.
I hear a noise coming from my Pure Rain™ product when I turn on the water. Is this natural?
The sound you hear is normal. It is the sound of the nanobubble technology pulling in oxygen to be infused into the hose water.
There is water leaking from my hose connection. Is this a product defect?
The most likely problem is the threads on your hose connection have been damaged (smashed threads or bent connection) from dropping on the ground. This damage will not allow your hose to make a tight enough seal to the Pure Rain™ products, resulting in a leak. To avoid this, you can either replace your hose or try using a quick connect adapter than fits over your hose connection and allows quick changing of water tools. The quick connect adapter will protect your hose threads from being damaged if the hose connection is dropped to the ground.
